Stephen Tom has over 25 years of management and satellite communications experience. In 1998 following a successful six-year term as president and CEO of Washington International Teleport in Washington, DC he founded Teleport Consulting Group International, L.L.C. to focus his attention and experience on helping organizations grow through an effective merging of business development and technological excellence. Starting in January, 2005 he spent 18 months applying his general management, business development, and sales experience to helping Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), Honolulu, Hawaii identify new ways to enable growth, secure new revenue, identify new programming partnerships, and to enhance member satisfaction.
